We treat it all.

As a virtual care services, we do not deal with emergencies that require immediate assistance:

A few examples are: Bleeding, major trauma with loss of consciousness, stroke, heart attack, broken bones, cuts that need to be stitched up. In those cases, please call 911 or report to a hospital emergency room (ER).

Fortunately, those conditions are not that common.
Please note that we reserve the right to refund your payment if the doctor decides that you need an in person medical examination at the office for the issue you have, or if the problem is beyond the scope of our practice.
